Women's Ministries
St Luke's Women's Ministries has
had a rich and varied history spanning
over two decades and several generations. This has made
our experience
unique, as mothers, grandmothers and great grandmothers,
teens, youth,
and young adults learn to bless one another in the Lord
Jesus and
release His life to build up the Body of Christ. We do
this by offering
various ways of coming together in fellowship,
throughout the year.
At the heart of our life together. is Women's Fellowship
which meets
each Tuesday morning and each Wednesday evening
throughout the year and
offers various Bible studies and small group experiences
that foster
Kingdom relationships and the release of gifts and
callings. Ministry to
one another is a vital part of our fellowship as it is
only in bringing
our hearts and lives before the Lord that true
transformation happens
and the Holy Spirit is free to confirm His Word among
us.
Each year St. Luke's offers a Women's Encounter weekend
which is open to
all for the purpose of deepening our commitment to
Christ and
discovering joy in the journey.
Check the calendar for times for all special events.
St. Luke's is a safe place for women to risk, to be real
and discover
their true identity and move out in their unique
callings and all that
God has purposed for them, in an atmosphere of joy!
First and foremost
it is a place of friendship and welcome, unconditional
love and
acceptance. We are a healing body because we know
ourselves to be
wounded healers. Each group is lead by experienced
leaders who have a
heart for women and who are under pastoral authority,
and know how to
minister in the power of the Holy Spirit.
